About

What Smite Club is

Smite Club is a Phoenix-area tabletop club that runs the two largest Warhammer 40k tournaments in Arizona and donates half of every event's proceeds to Creighton schools. Around twenty-plus hobbyists, no dues, real trophies, and a school gym full of fully themed tables twice a year.

What we run

Two majors a year

The Scorched Earth Open each spring and the Smite Club Open each fall — Arizona's largest Warhammer 40k tournaments, alongside Age of Sigmar and a growing roster of other systems, all hosted in Creighton school spaces.

Monthly tournaments

Between majors, the club runs monthly one-day RTT events at Old World Games and Primetime Games — the easiest way to meet us and get a competitive game in.

Travel teams

Smite Club fields self-funded teams at major team events around the country every year, flying the club colors well beyond Arizona.

The terrain program

Smite Club puts serious effort into the gaming environment. Every table at every event gets a mat and a full set of terrain that is well designed, competitively functional, and eye-catching — and all Warhammer 40k and Age of Sigmar terrain is built in-house by the club.

Recruiting

New players are always welcome

Smite Club is an open club — no dues, no tryouts. Whether you're a Worlds hopeful or you've never played a tournament game, if you're into Warhammer or tabletop gaming in the Phoenix area, we want to meet you.
